Orders & Production
How are your products made?
Every piece is printed to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse. Your shirt or mug is made after you buy it, which means less waste and a product made just for you.
How long until my order ships?
Production usually takes 2–5 business days. In November and December it can take a few extra days, so order holiday gifts early.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders go into production quickly. Email us as soon as possible, and we'll cancel or change any order that hasn't started printing yet.
Shipping
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on US orders of $75 or more. Orders under $75 pay a flat rate, shown at checkout before you pay.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after your order ships. You'll get an email with a tracking number as soon as it's on its way.
Why did my order arrive in more than one package?
Different products can be printed at different facilities, so a mug and a tee may travel separately. There's no extra charge for this.
Returns & Replacements
Can I return or exchange an item?
Because every item is made to order, we can't accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or a change of mind. Please check the size guide on each product page before you order.
What if my item arrives misprinted or damaged?
We'll replace it for free. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo clearly showing the problem. You don't need to send the original back.
What if I received the wrong item?
Same deal: send us your order number and a photo, and we'll ship the right one at no cost.
Sizing & Care
How do your shirts fit?
Our tees have a classic, everyday fit. Every shirt has a size guide with measurements in inches and centimeters on its product page. If you're between sizes, we suggest sizing up. Your Corso takes up enough of the couch already.
How should I wash my shirt?
Turn it inside out, wash cold, and tumble dry low or hang dry. Don't iron directly on the design. This keeps the print looking sharp for years.
How should I care for my mug?
Care differs by mug style, so check the details on the product page. Hand washing always keeps the design looking its best.

No. Forte e Leale is an independent brand made by Cane Corso people, for Cane Corso people. All of our designs are original.
